All team members must register and participate as per the official registration guidelines.
Team size should ideally be between 3 to 5 members.
Individual participants or teams with fewer than 3 members can submit proposals in Phase 1. If shortlisted, they will be paired with other participants to form a complete team of 3–5 members for the in-person hackathon.
Each participant can be part of only one team.
Pre-built or pre-existing solutions are strictly not allowed. All ideas, prototypes, and code must be developed during the official hackathon window.
Use of publicly available open-source libraries or models is permitted, but should be clearly acknowledged.
Any form of plagiarism, code copying, or idea theft will lead to immediate disqualification.
Teams are expected to build original, functional, and ethical solutions.
Participants must adhere to the event schedule and submit deliverables within the stipulated timelines.
Mentor guidance is advisory, and final implementation decisions lie with the teams.
The final decision of the GroMo jury will be binding and non-negotiable.
GroMo will retain usage rights to the code and solutions developed during the hackathon for potential integration into its internal systems.

GroMo shall provide an active internet connection to all participants in the designated area.
Participants will be responsible to bring their own (laptop, mobiles etc) devices and other software/hardware/peripherals required for their development work.
